Portland Home Stager Featured in Angie’s List Magazine June 2013

It’s very satisfying when your clients let you know that they’re happy with the service you provided while helping them prepare their home for sale.  One of our home staging clients in Portland wrote a review about their experience with Room Solutions Staging, and Angie’s List Magazine liked their review so much that they did a featured article about it in their June 2013 issue:

 Date Published: June 2013 www.roomsolutions.com

“Angie’s List Member Sarah Nenni-Daher recently hired the highly-rated home staging firm Room Solutions Staging of Portland before she listed her home for sale. Among other things, the company brought in furniture and gave advice on how to showcase the home as a livable space. Nenni-Daher said that owner Maureen Bray has a knack for this kind of work. ‘Maureen drew the spaces together really well; that resulted in an easy flow throughout the house.’

“Here’s what Nenni-Daher had to say about her experience:

We were selling our home in Portland and we interviewed several companies to prepare our home for Realtor photographs and showings. Room Solutions Staging didn’t turn in the cheapest quote or the most expensive, but we enjoyed our initial meetings with Maureen Bray, the owner, and that helped make our choice.

Maureen staged the house while we were out, and we came home to a great surprise: Maureen brought in paintings, plants and furniture to present our home in the best light. She incorporated our existing furniture into the plan, too. While she walked us through the house, she gave us advice on how to prepare for showings. Every Realtor who showed the house said their clients commented on how inviting the home looked.

After their home sold, the sellers wrote to me:

“Your work is amazing, you are the consummate professional, and your tips while selling a house were invaluable; I hope this article invites others to give you a call.”

Receiving an endorsement like this is the nicest thing that we could hear ~ Thanks, Sarah!
