We recently staged a new construction home with a “country rustic” style on a half-acre lot in Portland Oregon … our staging team fell in love with this house for several reasons  (one is that it has a 4-car garage that would be a stager’s dream storage area!)

Agents and Homeowners:  Showing an inviting furnished property in the online mls photos is much more likely to encourage a potential buyer to view the home in person.  Vacant rooms don’t have the ability to capture the buyer’s imagination the way that a staged property can.
