The sellers had a beautiful custom-made pool table in the living room and seemed a bit disappointed when I advised that buyers in this price point would be expecting a living room furnished to show how they might use this space to entertain ~ but they were also very motivated to ensure their home appealed to their target buyer.  They had the table professionally disassembled & packed for their upcoming move, and we brought in suitable furnishings to show the original function of this room …
