Home Staging Services Offered To Homeowners & Investors
- Full or Partial Home Staging Service:
We can stage a Vacant home with Full or Partial staging using our extensive inventory of quality furnishings. We can also stage an Occupied home – working with and editing the seller's furniture, and providing any additional accessories that may be necessary to create that "Wow" factor. These staging services also include top-quality digital photos that can be used in your online real estate listings, as well as in your marketing materials. The cost for these services depends on the size of the property, the number of rooms staged and whether accessories are included or not. Because every project is unique, we're happy to provide a no-obligation staging proposal for your property.
- Comprehensive Consultation Report:
If you would prefer to do the prep work and staging yourself, we can provide a detailed Comprehensive Report that includes specific staging guidelines for both the Interior & Exterior of your home. Your custom report will include suggestions and advice on paint colors, minor repairs, optimum furniture placement, staging techniques, how to prepare for an Open House, the importance of cleaning and de-cluttering, tips for creating curb appeal, and a list of items we recommend that you purchase or rent to make the best first impression on potential buyers. The cost of this detailed report ranges from $195 to $395, depending on the size of the property.
- Electronic Consultation (E-Staging):
If your property is located outside our service area, we can provide a detailed Comprehensive Consultation Report. Using photos and room dimensions you provide, we will advise you on which pieces of furniture to keep, which to remove, and how to showcase the space for maximum appeal. The cost of this service is $200 to $300.
- Full Day or Half Day Home Makeover (ReDesign) Projects:
If you'd like a fresher look in your home or just don't know how to best configure the furniture, our one-day home makeover may be just what you need. This service is less expensive than hiring a traditional interior decorator, and very effective! We can help you make your home warm and inviting, and can even suggest where to buy the best accessories (or we can do the shopping for you). Pricing is based on the number of rooms and square footage; a no-obligation quotation can be provided upon visiting the home.
- Staging Offices, Reception Areas, Waiting Rooms & Small Businesses:
All properties – including commercial offices – can benefit from staging. We'll assess your place of business from the perspective of a customer, then advise you on what changes should be made to create a more inviting and professional look and feel.
- Furnishings Rental:
Our extensive inventory of furnishings is available for rental in staged properties. This includes a wide variety of quality furniture, area rugs, lamps, artwork and wall decor, linens, plants and trees, plus home décor accessories to suit many styles and tastes.
- Shopping Service:
If you're too busy to shop for home décor, or aren't sure what's needed to improve the look of your home, we can do the shopping for you. Using our intimate knowledge of the local furnishings market, we can find the items you need (often at bargain prices), deliver them to your home and properly arrange them to fit the space. Billed at $50.00/hr.
